The Portuguese brought this dish from Mozambique; the chicken cafreal dish idea was actually inspired by the Mozambique culture and was introduced to Goa. Goa than added its own charm and now it has turned to be Goa’s one of the most loved and preferred dishes because of it spicy and the mouth-watering flavours.
